Each carving has a unique character, with its own body type, pose, expression and personality. The bears are made from a variety of wood from central Virginia, mostly from Amherst County. These bears range in size from 3 to 7 feet tall and are brown or black, happy and waving, cute and cuddly, or tall and imposing. View more bears from past years using the menu on the left.
